THE COURTS BECOME CONTEMPTIBLE when they misinterpret the law, disavow nullification, resist a precedent or become politicized to the point where the accused is not only innocent but is being held by way of sheer brute force. The courts should not be known for their physical power(power of enforcement) but for their power in applying legal principles. I thus find it important to look into the usefulness of basic
